M (Private) Limited is a newly established distribution company in accordance by laws of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Ordinance 2016 in the area of Diagnostics Reagents, Instruments and Chemical sales with its Head Office in Karachi, branch offices established in Lahore and Islamabad. The prime objective of the company is to provide quality distribution service leading to customer satisfaction, specifically in its chosen area of business.

The ultimate objective of the company is not only the customer satisfaction rather it would like to achieve the level of customer delight. The target customers of Diag. M Private Limited are Clinical Laboratories, Private and Government Hospitals and Research Institutions including Universities.

The company is been formed by a group of high level Professionals with experience  ranging  from 20 years to over 35 years in the above referred areas and they have  served a Multinational company in various positions right from Regional Management to Sales Management, and from Marketing Management to General Management. They are all well versed with the technicalities and the sensitivity of the business, and can arrange required help to its customers, if and when required. The group believes that the distributors in Pakistan are more focused on getting orders and the subsequent profit rather than providing in time service.  Diag. M (Private) Limited intends to establish the Philosophy that the distributor instead of being a money making endeavor is a business partner to its principal company and a real service provider to its end user.

The distributor as part of its commitment should also care to appoint quality people who are well trained and educated and are able to provide technical demonstrations, if required.  It should also be the responsibility of the distributor to have the headcount as agreed with its principal company.
